自我探索是需要勇氣的，向內心深處挖掘，去發現「真正的你是誰」，以及「你是誰」的真正意義。
這也是一個美麗的過程。因為你會發現一個你從不知道的自己！你會變成一個新的人，會以不同的方式生活，你會以不同的方式去看並感覺事物，你將你的生命向新的可能性打開…。
當你正在經歷這種轉變，的確，有些人可能會與你共同經歷這個過程，有些人可能會離開。不要害怕看到這個，也不要害怕放手。千萬別錯過了將你的生命發揮得淋漓盡致，活出你自己真實的自我。
這確實需要勇氣...要忍受「發現自我」的劇痛，而不要在無意識的隱隱作痛中渡過我們的餘生。
It's true self-discovery takes courage. Courage to dig down deep inside to discover who you truly are, who you are truly meant to be, but it's also a beautiful process as well, because you discover things about yourself that you never even knew existed. You become a new person, you live life differently. You see and feel things differently. You open your life to new possibilities.
